Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a diversified commercial portfolio, primarily consisting of flex-industrial and Class B/C office assets. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction while leading a team and partnering closely with senior leadership.
This position offers exposure to both third-party managed assets and an affiliated principal investment platform—providing a unique owner-operator perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-asset commercial portfolio
- Develop and execute asset strategies to optimize performance and value
- Partner with accounting on budgets, financial reporting, and CAM reconciliations
- Manage tenant and owner relationships, ensuring high service standards
- Lead capital projects, tenant improvements, and property inspections
- Review and approve vendor contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership
- Supervise and mentor property management and support staff
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulations, and company policies
- Support acquisitions and asset transitions
Qualifications
- 8 years of commercial property management experience (office, retail, industrial required)
- Proven experience managing portfolios and leading teams
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, CAM, reporting)
- Experience with property management systems and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
