Hope this message finds you well. My client is an investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board a "VP, Regulatory Change Management" to join their team. This role is currently in a hybrid capacity in office 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze regulatory alerts from various authorities to assess applicability and impact on U.S. operations.
Help lead horizon scanning efforts to identify regulatory changes
Clearly articulate applicability assessments and potential impacts for internal and external review.
Communicate with stakeholders to confirm relevance and understand business implications of regulatory changes.
Monitor and report on key regulatory developments and support related education initiatives.
Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory projects and change initiatives.
Contribute to maintaining and improving RCM policies, procedures, and governance processes.
Prepare key metrics and management reports to support internal and external governance.
Assist in the development and upkeep of the RCM RegTech tool, central repository, and taxonomy.
Promote collaboration and consistency across all RCM activities to ensure a sustainable, unified framework.
Salary : $160,000 - $195,000
