What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP, Regulatory Reporting position at Taurus Search?
My client, a leading Investment Bank, is looking for a VP to join their growing Global Regulatory Reporting Team. This individual will be responsible for:
Your role
- Preparation and review of Federal Reserve reports (e.g. FR Y-15, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031, FFIEC 002, FFIEC 009, FFIEC 019, FR2644, and FR2900,), Department of Treasury reports (TIC Reports), and Department of Commerce reports (e.g. BE-605, BE-15, and BE-125) with the ability to interpret the relevant regulatory instructions.
- Ensure integrity of the data, reconcile differences and perform regulatory calculation
- Improve the process and control effectiveness of the reports
- Ensure that regulatory reports are accurate and submitted on time to the regulators
- Partner with key stakeholders on regulatory related issues to support BHC regulatory report enhancement projects
- Perform impact analysis on new products
Your expertise
- University degree in accounting, business or similar field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in Regulatory Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Reporting requirement and preparation of the FR Y-15, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 009, Call report, etc.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
