What You’ll Do
• Partner closely with clients across the financial services industry to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Work side by side with senior leadership and top producers to learn how to win, grow, and manage client relationships.
• Drive new business development through prospecting, pitching, and closing new opportunities. • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure exceptional client delivery. • Manage your own sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and take ownership of your results. • Prepare to transition into a Client Development Manager role, leading client relationships, driving revenue growth, and mentoring future associates.
