A great client of ours is looking to hire a VP to join the Regulatory Change Management Team. This is an interesting role on the team that will focus equal parts on the traditional reg change matters but will also lead governance and reporting for regulatory change. This particular team is fantastic with great leadership. It’s also worth mentioning this is a hybrid role asking for 2 or 3 days in office per week (in-midtown.)
Responsibilities:
•Design, implement and oversee end-to-end governance frameworks for regulatory change management and advocacy initiatives
•Facilitate and administer cross-functional regulatory change committees, working groups and escalation forums to establish implementation plans and ownership for new and amended regulations and MUSO’s position for advocacy initiatives
•Develop, implement and continuously enhance reporting protocols to inform senior leadership, the Board, and other stakeholders of the status of regulatory changes and advocacy initiatives
•Prepare and present executive-ready reports and dashboards related to regulatory change efforts and risk of non-compliance
•Establish and maintain policies, procedures and standards for identifying, tracking and responding
to regulatory developments
