A leading global financial institution is seeking an AVP, Procurement Performance & Reporting to join its Corporate Strategy & Administration organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver divisional-level procurement performance reports that provide insight into commercial effectiveness and sourcing outcomes.
- Analyze procurement activity and supplier spend to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Partner with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to align reporting and analytics with strategic objectives.
- Drive initiatives focused on procurement process optimization, efficiency gains, and cost transparency.
- Establish and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to measure procurement effectiveness and accountability.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs and analytics platforms.
- Maintain and enhance data models, reporting frameworks, and supporting systems.
- Provide insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives across procurement operations and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in procurement analytics, performance reporting, finance operations, or data analysis, preferably within financial services or banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing models, and spend analysis.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating data into executive-level insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
- Experience working with ERP or procurement platforms preferred.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills; comfortable partnering across functions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and highly regulated environment.
Salary : $97,000 - $150,000
