CNC Swiss Set Up Operator

Our organization is seeking a dedicated CNC Swiss Set-Up Operator I to contribute to our production efforts. You will be responsible for configuring and running CNC Swiss equipment to manufacture precise components, making this an ideal position for a mechanically inclined individual who is ready to advance their career in the machining field.

• Support the configuration of CNC Swiss units by handling material loading, part securing, and tool installation.
• Develop the ability to analyze and comprehend technical blueprints and design requirements.
• Contribute to machine functionality to help the team achieve high-precision output for intricate part designs.
• Acquire foundational knowledge of CNC programming, including managing offsets and performing minor machine tweaks.
• Execute standard equipment upkeep tasks like sanitizing and oiling components.
• Oversee manufacturing runs and implement modifications under the supervision of experienced staff.
• Verify the quality of completed components by utilizing specialized measurement instruments.
• Assist in resolving operational challenges to help boost overall production efficiency.
• Ensure a secure and tidy work environment by strictly adhering to all established safety protocols.

• Prior background in a machining or production setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability and ease when handling various tools and machinery.
• A proactive attitude toward skill development and following professional guidance.
• A sharp eye for detail to ensure the delivery of high-caliber results.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to communicate effectively with teammates.

• Completion of high school or equivalent is mandatory.
• Possession of a technical credential or relevant practical experience is preferred.

• Shift Timing: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM – 6:00 AM
