About the Role
As a Manufacturing Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our assembly process by transforming raw materials into high-quality finished goods. You will utilize your technical aptitude and attention to detail to interpret schematics, operate industrial power tools, and ensure every product meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Execute production tasks by accurately interpreting job orders and technical schematics.
- Prepare and organize necessary materials to ensure seamless workflow and optimal production efficiency.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including tape measures, to fabricate components and perform essential equipment adjustments.
- Conduct thorough safety assessments and quality inspections on materials and finished products to maintain high output standards.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workstation, strictly adhering to all PPE requirements and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline operations and communicate project status clearly.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to lift up to 60lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and twisting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using various hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and technical diagrams accurately.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening processes.
