About the Role

Responsibilities- Operate pneumatic and electric power tools, including drills, riveters, and impact wrenches, to assemble structural components.
- Handle diverse materials such as steel, aluminum, and composites to construct durable finished products.
- Manage material flow within the workspace using overhead cranes, forklifts, and manual carts to maintain production efficiency.
- Perform consistent quality inspections to ensure all assemblies align with technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Optimize production workflows by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve material usage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support team productivity.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using various pneumatic and electric handheld power tools.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering large assemblies.
