Role Summary

Core Duties

• Utilize forklifts to transport, position, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse facility.
• Manage the loading and unloading of freight from various transport vehicles.
• Perform regular equipment checks to keep forklifts in peak working condition.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all established safety procedures.
• Support accurate inventory tracking by monitoring and documenting current stock levels.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure all daily operational targets are achieved.
• Keep the warehouse workspace tidy and systematically arranged.

Required Skills and Experience

• Completion of high school or a GED is preferred.
• Possession of a current, valid forklift operator certification.
• Prior background in industrial or warehouse forklift operation.
• Demonstrate high precision and the ability to execute specific directives.
• Foster effective communication and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Maintain the physical endurance necessary to handle heavy lifting tasks as required.
• Utilize foundational computer knowledge to assist with inventory documentation and reporting.
