Role Summary
Our Plano, TX office is looking for a meticulous and committed Project Manager MEP to support our fast-moving team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing initiatives, guaranteeing that every project is finalized on schedule, within the defined scope, and inside the financial plan. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong Electrical background who enjoy tackling complex challenges and finding effective solutions.
Core Duties- Direct and supervise MEP initiatives from start to finish to help ensure all financial and scheduling targets are met.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and trade partners to verify that all technical requirements are satisfied.
- Create and oversee comprehensive plans for project timelines, financial budgets, and the distribution of resources.
- Perform frequent on-site inspections to track development and resolve any emerging complications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve inquiries quickly.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by enforcing industry standards and safety protocols.
- Generate and deliver detailed project performance updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proactively spot potential risks and create strategies to reduce project delays.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing MEP projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction workflows and MEP systems.
- Strong ability to organize and handle several projects at once.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities that foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Expertise in utilizing various project management software platforms.
- Possession of a PMP certification is considered a beneficial asset.
- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in high-pressure settings while adjusting to shifting priorities.
