MacGregor Black are partnering an FMCG business, currently going through a key phase of their technology and digital development.
The business is on a broader digital maturity journey and is looking to bring in an IT Project Manager to help turn plans into action, driving delivery across a range of IT and business-critical projects.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, working closely with internal stakeholders and existing technology partners to ensure projects are executed effectively and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of multiple IT and business projects across the organisation
- Drive delivery across systems, digital and operational initiatives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand priorities and requirements
- Collaborate with and challenge third-party technology partners where needed
- Translate digital plans into clear, structured and executable project activity
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned to business outcomes
- Support the organisation’s ongoing digital maturity and transformation journey
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager within operational or supply chain-led environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both IT and wider business functions
- Comfortable working in developing or evolving technology environments
- Hands-on approach, able to get into the detail and drive delivery
- Practical, proactive and execution-focused mindset
- Ideally experience within food, FMCG or supply chain environments
- Able to work on-site in Lincolnshire
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, less structured environment
- Strong organisational and delivery capability
- Able to start within a reasonable timeframe
