What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and consulting engagements
- Run RFQs/RFPs, evaluate vendors, and negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs
- Build and manage preferred vendor relationships while monitoring performance and compliance
- Oversee IT contracts and software licensing in partnership with Legal and Finance
- Track renewals, subscriptions, and license usage to ensure continuity and compliance
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate cost allocation and budget alignment
- Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Analyze IT spend, deliver reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Strengthen procurement processes, policies, and internal controls to support scalability and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
- 5 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to IT purchasing
- Solid understanding of hardware lifecycle, SaaS licensing, and cloud-based pricing models
- Experience working with major enterprise vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, AWS, Oracle)
- Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders
