Our client, a distribution and supply chain company, is looking for an Inventory & Office Administrator to join their team in Hayward, CA. This role supports daily office operations, inventory accuracy, driver documentation, HR onboarding tasks, and administrative functions to keep the facility running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- File digital and hard copies of paperwork, including pick tickets, manifests, and route sheets.
- Process previous day’s route manifests and signatures into Eclipse.
- Assist HR with new hire orientations and temporary employee paperwork.
- Enter new employee information into the timekeeping system and input manual timesheets every Monday.
- Conduct daily row counts and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
- Prepare, verify, and process CODs, submitting deposits to corporate.
- Assist with credit card reconciliations for management.
- Ensure employee files and training records remain current.
- Prepare monthly operations reports for the Operations Manager.
- Log daily coupons received and ship them to corporate weekly.
- Support management with various administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience working with distribution or supply chain management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 44 lbs unassisted.
- Forklift certification and prior forklift experience required.
- High school diploma and consistent work history required.
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (overtime as needed
