- The Program Assistant II at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER will support the efficient operation of various programs by providing administrative and logistical assistance. This role is integral to ensuring that program activities are executed smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall mission of providing exceptional behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage program schedules, ensuring all activities are planned and executed in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of program materials, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, including participant data and program outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and handling inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating program events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Support the implementation of program policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with program staff and external partners to facilitate program objectives and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program services by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or program support role.
- Experience working in a behavioral health or related healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
