Key Responsibilities:
- The program operates 24/7 and staff will participate in an on-call rotation.
- Facilitate communication between program staff, clients, and external partners.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of program budgets and expenditures.
- Support program evaluation and improvement efforts by collecting and analyzing data.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or program support role, preferably within a behavioral health or social services setting.
- Knowledge of completing intake paperwork is required.
- Experience working with individuals with substance abuse disorders is preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse populations, including clients, staff, and external partners.
