VP, AI Transformation Lead

LHH is partnering with our rapidly growing Louisville-based real estate and construction organization with a strong portfolio spanning development, project management, and asset operations seeking a VP, AI Transformation. The VP, AI Transformation Lead is a new position and will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for defining and executing the company’s enterprise-wide AI strategy. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, construction operations, development, finance, and IT to embed AI-driven solutions across the full lifecycle of real estate and construction projects.- This individual will bridge business strategy and emerging technologies, driving measurable value through automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows. Job Description:

• Develop and own the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business growth and operational priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, COO, and executive team on AI strategy and digital transformation
• Identify high-impact use cases across development, construction, asset management, and property operations
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions (e.g., predictive project scheduling, cost forecasting, risk modeling, smart building analytics)
• Drive adoption of generative AI tools to improve productivity across functions (e.g., design, estimating, procurement, and reporting)
• Embed AI solutions into core business workflows (ERP, project management systems, BIM platforms, etc.)
• Establish KPIs and dashboards measuring ROI, productivity gains, and cost efficiencies
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives to drive AI adoption across field and corporate teams
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Financial Systems or Computer Science
• 12 years of experience in digital transformation, data, AI/ML, or advanced analytics leadership roles
• Prior experience at the VP / Director level leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in real estate, construction, or asset-heavy industries
• Proven track record delivering measurable ROI from AI or automation initiatives
• Experience integrating AI into operational systems (ERP, BIM, project management tools, etc.)
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
