LHH seeks a Sourcing Specialist to help strengthen hiring efforts for high‑impact, mission‑driven roles supporting children and families.
About the Role
The Sourcing Specialist will focus on building strong candidate pipelines—initially for Behavioral Interventionist (BI) and Direct Service Professional (DSP) roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including non‑traditional and creative sourcing methods
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for BI and DSP roles in priority geographic areas
- Identify candidate profiles aligned with role requirements, including individuals with caregiving, child‑focused, or entry‑level human services backgrounds
- Enter sourced candidates into the applicant tracking system (UKG)
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align sourcing efforts with hiring priorities
- Adjust sourcing focus as pipelines are established and business needs evolve
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in candidate sourcing, healthcare highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to source beyond traditional job boards
- Experience supporting high‑volume or hard‑to‑fill roles
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (UKG or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Ability to commute onsite 2x a month or as required
This is a contract role (6 months) with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
🕒 Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Van Nuys, CA 91406 90% remote; must be willing to go onsite 2x a month or as needed.
💻 Equipment: Laptop provided
💰 Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
