Global Payroll Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead our international payroll operations. This role is responsible for managing a team that processes payroll for approximately 800 employees domestic and international countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a payroll team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and accounting to integrate and automate payroll systems, and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, manage audits, and respond to tax notices to keep accounts in good standing.
- Oversee the correct setup and funding of payroll elements (earnings, deductions, benefits), and manage year-end processes including tax forms.
- Manage relationships with payroll vendors and drive continuous process improvements through regular audits and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of payroll experience, including international/global payroll and team management.
- Advanced knowledge of ADP/Workforce Now
- Multi-state and Global payroll experience required.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical payroll deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive employee information.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
