Hourly: $25/hr
Job Summary:
A medical equipment manufacturing company is looking to hire an Order Management Representative on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is hybrid, two days a week in office and three days a week remote. The qualified candidate must have experience working at a consumer-packaged goods organization entering orders into an ERP system. The hours are Monday through Friday 6AM to 2:30PM PST.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all orders coming from assigned accounts
- Review orders from EDI for accuracy and correct errors
- Manually release orders as needed
- Keep track of reports showing order issues and resolve issues to prevent recurrence
- Assist the customer service teams via email and phone calls as needed
- Review order holds and errors such as credit holds, inventory holds, price errors and make the proper corrections
Required Experience:
- Two years of experience from a CPG organization
- Experience entering orders into an ERP (Oracle system a plus)
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Strong MS Office skills with a focus on Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance
