Key Responsibilities
- Supervise office services staff and manage daily schedules.
- Oversee mail, deliveries, print/copy jobs, and conference room setups.
- Maintain office supplies, pantry stock, and printer stations.
- Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and IT for meetings and events.
- Support office moves and maintenance requests.
- Act as backup for staff during absences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of office services supervisory experience in a law firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated employment stability.
