Logistics Coordinator\
Hybrid role: Gardena, CA
Compensation: $25 to $29 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of daily logistics operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Schedule transportation and communicate with carriers, vendors, and warehouses
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems as needed
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer service teams
• Support inventory control and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with logistics systems, ERP platforms, or transportation management software
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with domestic and/or international shipments
• Familiarity with freight carriers and warehouse operations
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce environments
