A reputable Philadelphia law firm is looking to hire a Labor and Employment Associate to join its busy practice. The firm has a terrific culture in place and offers a hybrid schedule and excellent mentorship. The ideal candidate will have:
· Between 2-6 years of labor and employment experience
· Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
· Great communication skills
· The ability to develop relationships with clients
· License to practice law in Pennsylvania (New Jersey a plus)
*The firm offers a competitive salary in the $150,000-$250,000 range (depending on experience) and benefits of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and disability.
