Clark Hill is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Labor & Employment business unit in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely a few days per week. All candidates must have 6 years of practice experience and an active PA bar license.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Litigation experience should include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Experience with court proceedings filed under FELA is preferred
- Experience with a broad range of employment issues including workplace discrimination, harassment, and workers compensation
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
