Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience for its Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy business unit in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities will include management of all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including monitoring bankruptcy case dockets, preparing proofs of claim, first day motions and simple pleadings. Candidates should have experience in handling commercial bankruptcy proceedings and a working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Experience in conducting corporate record and multi-state lien searches is a plus.
The role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who demonstrates initiative, thoroughness, and the ability to manage complex matters independently. Candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Paralegal certification preferred; bachelor’s degree also preferred but not required
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $85,000 -$100,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
