Clark Hill PLC is in need of a paralegal with 3 years of experience for its Labor & Employment business unit in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities for this role include drafting routine correspondence and legal documents; collecting, organizing, and reviewing records; assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation; and managing complex files. Experience working with insurance companies and their guidelines preferred. Familiarity with e-discovery software is also preferred. Candidates should possess excellent computer skills, including use of excel to analyze class/representative data and run calculations, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered.
The salary range at the time of posting is $80,000 - $104,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
