LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE | PHILADELPHIA
I am currently partnering with multiple law firms in the Philadelphia market on Labor & Employment opportunities, including both publicly advertised and confidential searches.
These opportunities span respected regional firms, national platforms, and Am Law firms and involve a broad mix of:
- Employment litigation
- Advice and counseling
- Wage & hour matters
- Workplace investigations
- Traditional labor matters
- EEOC and NLRB proceedings
- Restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes
- Class and collective actions
Openings are available at several experience levels and offer the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients ranging from privately held companies to national and international employers.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2 years of Labor & Employment experience
- Experience handling employment litigation and/or counseling matters
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Pennsylvania bar admission or ability to become admitted
Compensation varies significantly based on experience, firm platform, class year, and practice focus.
Expected salary range: $120,000 - $325,000
