We’re partnered with a growing organization that’s investing heavily in data-driven pricing strategy and looking to add a Pricing Manager to help evolve how pricing decisions are made across the business. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, technology, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong visibility and the opportunity to influence revenue and margin performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Play a key role in advancing and optimizing enterprise pricing strategies, with heavy involvement in PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management.
- Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing effectiveness of dynamic pricing models.
- Analyze pricing performance, market trends, competitive data, and customer segments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to turn pricing insights into actionable decisions.
- Participate in regular pricing reviews, sharing recommendations that drive alignment, consistency, and profitability.
- Help uphold pricing governance standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
- Monitor pricing system performance and collaborate with IT and data teams on reporting, integrations, and enhancements.
- Support senior pricing leaders and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team.
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Approximately 4–6 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or analytical roles.
- Hands-on experience with pricing analysis and translating data into business recommendations.
- Strong collaborator who is comfortable working across multiple departments.
- Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- Clear, professional communicator able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau; exposure to Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
