Litigation Senior Attorney - Boulder, CO

Clark Hill is seeking a Senior Attorney or Counsel to join its Litigation business unit in Boulder, CO. All candidates must have 10 years of litigation practice experience and an active Colorado Bar license. Some portable business is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Range of commercial litigation experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition and courtroom experience
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic and legal writing credentials
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $200,000 - $230,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
