Responsibilities:
- Preparing USPTO forms, performing searches for and gathering foreign references and non-patent literature documents
- Track and maintain the docket for trademark, patent, and litigation deadlines
- Prepare and monitor case statuses
- Reviewing filing receipts and notices of recordation received from USPTO for accuracy
- Work with USPTO gathering, filing proofreading, fact checking etc.
- Handle patent applications from start to finish
- Gathering supporting documents to accompany nationalization instructions
- Microsoft Office application or document comparison software
- Creating, editing, and proofreading letters, legal documents, and memos in the relevant Microsoft Office application or document comparison software
- Organizing and maintaining all correspondence and documents using the relevant / local document management system
- Running critical document checks to ensure all files have been saved as necessary
- Importing electronic documents, including scanning documents into the document management system
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in the use of Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- IP Practice area knowledge
- Paralegal degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a personality to help and work as a team
- Excellent attention to detail, including using correct spelling and grammar

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
