Are you a benefits professional who enjoys improving processes, solving problems, and helping employees navigate their benefits programs? We're partnering with a respected organization in the McMinnville area seeking a Benefits Manager (or experienced Senior Benefits Specialist) to support and strengthen its benefits function during an exciting period of organizational growth and transformation.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration and operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions
- Partner closely with insurance carriers, brokers, and benefit vendors
- Administer enrollments, eligibility changes, and benefits programs
- Lead and support open enrollment planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with applicable benefits regulations and policies
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain benefits documentation and procedures
- Support ongoing efforts to strengthen and streamline benefits operations
What We're Looking For
- Benefits Manager experience preferred, or equivalent senior-level benefits administration experience
- Experience managing employee benefits programs for organizations with 300 benefits-eligible employees
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance
- Open enrollment planning and execution experience
- Vendor and carrier management experience
- Excellent communication and employee support skills
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions

- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Traditional business hours
- First 30 days onsite for onboarding and training
- Hybrid schedule available afterward, with approximately 3 days onsite per week
