Responsibilities:
- Lead a team supporting M&A, securities, corporate governance, finance, joint ventures, and strategic transactions
- Advise senior leadership on complex corporate and legal matters
- Oversee SEC reporting, corporate governance, and compliance initiatives
- Manage outside counsel, legal budgets, and department projects
- Mentor and develop legal talent
Qualifications:
- JD and active bar membership in good standing
- 10 years of experience in M&A, securities, and corporate governance matters
- Experience in a large law firm, public company, or sophisticated corporate environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and business judgment
