In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing HR information systems, ensuring accurate data management, and providing insightful analytics to drive HR decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HRIS data, focusing on Workday modules such as Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement system updates, integrations, and new functionalities.
• Develop and deliver Workday training and support for end users.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 2 years of HRIS experience, with a strong proficiency in Workday.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
