Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HRIS data, focusing on Workday modules such as Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement system updates, integrations, and new functionalities.
- Develop and deliver Workday training and support for end users.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 2 years of HRIS experience, with a strong proficiency in Workday.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
