Salary: $70,000–$90,000
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established Boca Raton law firm that is actively hiring an experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join its growing team. This is a fully onsite role and a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on legal environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting attorneys in litigation and family law matters from start to finish
- Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Managing court filings, deadlines, and calendars
- Assisting with trial prep, hearings, mediations, and client communications
- Maintaining case files and ensuring accuracy and organization throughout the lifecycle of each matter
What the firm is looking for:
- Prior experience in litigation and or family law
- Strong knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fully in-office setting
