LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire an Estate Administration Paralegal to support attorneys in trust and estate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with experience in probate, estate settlement, and fiduciary accounting who thrives in a client-focused and detail-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate administration procedures, court filings, and financial documentation. This hybrid role offers a combination of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with the administration of estates and trusts including probate filings, asset inventories, and accountings
- Prepare legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, waivers, and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies to gather and verify information
- Track deadlines and manage calendars related to estate and trust matters
- Maintain organized files and records in compliance with firm and court requirements
- Support attorneys with tax documents, distributions, and fiduciary obligations
- Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal in estate administration within a law firm
- Strong knowledge of probate procedures, estate planning documents, and fiduciary responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information
Benefits:

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
