LHH is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal / Settlement Coordinator in York, PA. This is a full time in office role (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch)

Three attorneys are seeking a skilled Real Estate Paralegal / Settlement Coordinator to support their busy practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage residential and commercial real estate closings.
- Prepare and review settlement statements, deeds, affidavits, and all closing documents.
- Conduct title searches, clear title issues, and ensure accurate issuance of title insurance policies.
- Communicate with lenders, agents, attorneys, and clients to ensure smooth closings.
- Maintain accurate files and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Stay current on real estate laws, title standards, and compliance requirements.
- Work standard hours (8:30–5), with occasional flexibility to stay later to finalize a closing.
Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial closings.
- Strong understanding of title insurance, settlement document preparation, and closing processes.
- Law firm experience not required—title company or in-house real estate experience is acceptable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
SALARY: $60,000 - $75,000
