Location:

• 4 days onsite in Green Hills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the accounting organization, providing oversight, mentorship, and performance management for team members.
• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and audit-ready results.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies across accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, tax compliance activities, financing-related reporting, and other key financial obligations.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial analysis, capital expenditures, strategic reporting, and special projects to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of management experience
• Multi-entity healthcare experience required, ideally within a middle-market organization
• CPA or Master's in Accounting (MAcc) highly preferred
• External audit experience is a plus
