Job Summary & Responsibilities
Our Event Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our in-person and virtual events, specifically registration. Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
● Serving as the support person for handling registrations for all conferences and events, including
phone, email, fax and online registrations and answering calls about general event questions
● Entering registration data, processing payments and managing attendee confirmations within our
Salesforce database
● Primary point person for all continuing education offered at conferences (CLE/CPE/COA) -
applying for credits, inputting credit hours and distributing certificates at the end of the event
● Assisting in managing hotel room blocks for onsite events
● Helping to prepare all shipping of materials to and from each conference, including the shipping
of sponsor materials from the venue
● Traveling to Bank Director’s on-site events and serving Conference Team staff as needed
● Minimum of first six months of employment working in our office Monday through Thursday; may
work from home on Friday; adjustments after this period are based on performance
● Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree
● 2 years of event or project management experience preferred
● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and stay calm under pressure
● Organized and strong attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Good command of Excel and Word
● Ability to travel several times per year
● Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more
● Must be able to work a variety of hours to accommodate events
