We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a strong, hands-on Controller to lead finance and controlling for a high-performing division. This role reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key part in driving financial discipline, operational insight, and value creation across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance and controlling function for the division
- Own monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes with a strong focus on speed and accuracy
- Provide meaningful, timely financial insight to the General Manager and leadership team
- Establish financial targets and drive accountability to results, including cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal control standards
- Oversee audits, capital acquisition processes, forecasting, and management reporting
- Develop, lead, and mentor the finance team while building succession and capability
- Drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and operational discipline
Qualifications
Required
- Controller or senior finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing fast, disciplined month-end close cycles
- Strong leadership presence — assertive, confident, and collaborative
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and hold teams accountable
Preferred
- CPA, CMA, or advanced degree
- Automotive or complex manufacturing experience
