Job Title: Senior Consolidations Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Support decentralized accounting operations, including acquisition-related processes
- Prepare revenue schedules and ensure accurate month-end revenue recognition
- Manage monthly close activities and journal entries in compliance with GAAP
- Assist in consolidating financial data across business units
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain ARCS roll-forwards
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure policy compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, compliance)
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and responses
- Stay current on accounting standards and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate or audit)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks
- Experience with acquisition accounting and financial consolidations
- Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle FCCS, QuickBooks, Zoho)
- CPA or CPA track preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
