Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, systems-focused, detail-oriented Financial Consolidation Manager to lead the global consolidation process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is critical in supporting the monthly close, preparing consolidated financial statements, maintaining data within relevant systems, and driving process improvements across the consolidation function. Additionally, the Global Consolidation Manager will work cross-functionally to enable data sharing across systems, review and analyze financial results, support external and ad hoc reporting efforts, and undertake additional projects and assignments as needed. This position reports to the Director of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting.

Financial Consolidation Manager

Key Job Responsibilities
- Manage the global financial consolidation process across multiple entities and currencies.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data.
- Ensure intercompany and equity eliminations, foreign currency translations, and other consolidating adjustments are properly recorded.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Partner with the FP&A team on alignment of internal reporting.
- Support internal control and external audit requirements related to consolidated financials.
- Pro-actively maintain and improve consolidation systems and processes, including automation and controls.
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and corporate policies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership on consolidated results.
- Lead or support special projects such as implementation of SAP for Group Reporting, M&A integration, and process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or other relevant certification.
- 7 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation, accounting, and/or financial reporting, with at least 3 years directly involved in consolidations.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidation principles.
- Advanced experience with financial consolidation systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, SAP for Group Reporting).
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP for Group Reporting.
- Experience in a multinational corporation and/or public company environment.
- Proven track record of process improvement and/or system implementation.
