Accountant

Now Hiring: Entry-Level Accountants (0–3 Years Experience) — Construction, Materials, and Retail Divisions

We are seeking entry-level to early-career accountants to support the growth of our diversified operations across the construction, building materials, and furniture retail industries. These are full-time, U.S.-based roles ideal for candidates with backgrounds or exposure to asset management, construction, materials, or design/architecture.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience Level: 0–3 years in accounting or a related financial role
• (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Language: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is REQUIRED
• Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or similar accounting software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling)
• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (especially for construction/materials sectors)

Core Responsibilities (All Roles):

• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Invoice entry, vendor payments, and customer collections
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Tax Compliance: Exposure to U.S. federal, state, and sales tax regulations
• Budget Monitoring: Track and review project and departmental costs

Role-Specific Focus Areas

A. Construction Division Accountant

• Project accounting and cost tracking
• AIA billing and payroll oversight (Davis-Bacon compliance for government jobs)
• Familiarity with POC revenue recognition and contract accounting
• Preferred Tools: Sage Construction (Timberline), Sage Intacct

B. Building Materials Division Accountant

• Inventory and cost accounting
• Supplier finance management and freight analysis
• Sales tax compliance across multiple states
• Preferred Tools: Sage Intacct

C. Furniture Retail Division Accountant

• Retail/POS reconciliation (Shopify, Square, Lightspeed)
• AR management for installment and financed purchases
• E-commerce sales reconciliation (Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify)
• Preferred Tools: QuickBooks Online, Lightspeed Retail POS
