We are expanding in 2025 and are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cupertino.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by managing various tasks related to content creation, social media, video production, and event marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation:
- Assist in creating and curating content for our WeChat Official Account, Red, Emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand messaging across all platforms.
Video Production:
- Shoot and edit engaging videos to showcase our products/services and tell compelling brand stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement video content strategies.
Social Media Management:
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages and participating in relevant conversations.
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights to enhance our social media presence.
Event Marketing:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional items.
Sales Assistance:
- Assist the sales team in maintaining communication with potential clients, promptly responding to inquiries and needs, coordinating property showings, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Manage property listings and market research reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date to support decision-making and client follow-up.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and contribute to multilingual marketing efforts.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in video production and editing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing accounts on WeChat, Red, Emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Work in person at our Cupertino office.
