Marketing Associate

Position Summary

A Japanese electronic components and functional modules company in San Jose is seeking a Japanese/English bilingual Marketing Associate. This position provides comprehensive marketing support, coordinating sales and marketing tasks, including promotions, CRM and sample administration, and office administration, under the direction of the supervisor and management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities, including ad campaigns, event preparation, and distribution marketing support.
• Conduct marketing research, generate CRM reports, and manage product data accuracy.
• Communicate with marketing partners or vendors for smooth project execution.
• Support the sales team with sample requests and handle customer inquiries.
• Manage office mail, provide administrative support, and back up office duties as needed.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent with 2 years of marketing and administrative assistant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in the IT market and related technologies
• Ability to pay close attention to details and handle multi-task assignments
  
  
  

BASE SALARY USD55,000-65,000 (DOE)
