AlphaX RE Capital is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Cupertino, CA. The role involves supporting project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing construction and real estate projects. Responsibilities include assisting with managing project timelines, overseeing expediting and logistics, conducting inspections, and liaising with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders. The Assistant Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the company’s quality and sustainability goals.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely workflow and compliance with project schedules.
- Strong skills in Project Management, including budget tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and overall project quality.
- Expertise in Logistics Management for coordinating supply chains, material delivery, and ensuring project efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the construction, real estate, or asset management industry is an advantage.
