Objective:
The Customer Relationships Department is responsible for maintaining and growing AlphaX’s long-term relationship network.
Main responsibilities include:
- Investor relationship maintenance
- Maintain regular communication with all AlphaX investors, provide updates, collect feedback, and strengthen long-term trust.
- Affiliate customer relationship management
- Maintain relationships with customers from all AlphaX-affiliated businesses, including AL Homes, Axis Realty, Alera Homes, Hearth & Table, and other related brands.
- VIP client experience management
- Provide high-touch service for VIP clients, investors, strategic partners, and important referral sources. Make sure they feel valued, informed, and connected to AlphaX.
- Network expansion
- Actively expand AlphaX’s relationship network by identifying new investors, partners, customers, brokers, community leaders, and business opportunities.
- Customer experience surveys
- Create and manage customer experience surveys to collect feedback, understand satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Relationship database / CRM management
- Maintain accurate records of investors, customers, VIP clients, referral sources, and partners. Track communication history, follow-ups, and relationship status.
- Events and engagement
- Support investor events, VIP events, customer appreciation events, open houses, business networking events, and community relationship-building activities.
