- Draft and negotiate documents such as commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, commercial loan documents, joint venture agreements, and more.
- Work directly with general contractors, architects, zoning counsel, and more.
- Collaborate directly with corporate clients and partners
- 1800 billable hour target for bonus
