What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Specialist position at LHH?
LHH is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our client in Charlotte on a contract basis. This position has the possibility to go permanent and will be hybrid after training in office for 2 weeks. Candidates must be local to the Charlotte area.
Responsibilities:
- B2B Collections on past-due accounts
- Resolving payment issues with customers
- Sending invoices and statements to customers
- Additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience within business-to-business collections
- Professional and pleasant communication skills
- Experience with ERP system is helpful
Schedule & Compensation:
- $25-26/hour depending on experience
- Hybrid after training; 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home
Salary : $25 - $26
