Client Support Associate
LHH has partnered with a Global Organization in their search for Client Service Associates to join their team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity offering a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Position Overview
The Client Service Associate will provide front-line support to clients, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and written communication
- Respond to client requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Track and manage client interactions using a case management or CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
- Escalate more complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Follow up on open inquiries to ensure complete resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall client experience
- Assist with data entry, administrative tasks, and special projects
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service or client support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
- Professional, customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $23/hour
- Contract Length: 6 months (with potential for extension)
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
