What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Manager position at LHH?
We are seeking a Brand Manager to help shape and execute brand strategy across channels, with accountability for planning, performance, and ongoing brand health. This role will work cross‑functionally to translate consumer insights and market data into clear strategies that drive brand growth, relevance, and commercial impact.
This is a hybrid role requiring approximately three days per week in the office and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans
- Lead annual and quarterly brand planning, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
- Analyze consumer, shopper, and market data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance, and guide decision‑making
- Translate insights into actionable brand plans across media, retail, digital, and promotional channels
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to support execution and drive commercial results
- Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking in collaboration with Finance
- Monitor and measure brand and campaign performance using KPIs, ROI analysis, and post‑program reporting
- Serve as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and alignment across internal teams
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring brand initiatives to market
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform brand and business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence cross‑functional partners
- Proven communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities
- Occasional travel may be required
